Hello everyone! I've had a lovely Sunday on this beautifully sunny day, which I spent at the allotment, reading my "How to Start a Business Book". (Always working!!) It made such a great change to be outside in the sunshine rather than cooped up inside.
So because my day has been so chilled out I thought instead of boring you all with the details I'd share some of my favourite photos that I've taken recently.
The warmer weather has me craving healthier foods, so this week we cooked a sort of cross between a Greek salad and a tuna nicoise... it was too hard to choose one but why should you have to? Greek Nicoise anyone?
